We’re currently seeking a Finance Manager to join our team in a high-impact leadership role, partnering closely with the General Manager to drive business performance and strategic decision-making.

About the role

Reporting to the General Manager, you will take ownership of financial performance and play a key role in shaping business outcomes.

You will:

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
Provide clear, data-driven insights to support commercial decisions
Own month-end processes, P&L, and financial accuracy
Manage cash flow, credit, and financial risk
Drive continuous improvement across systems and processes
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing finance team

About you

Proven experience as a Finance Manager / Business Controller
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence stakeholders
Confident leader with a track record of building capability and accountability
Hands-on approach with the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
CPA or CA qualified (or equivalent)
