Junior Commercial Coordinator

The Junior Commercial Coordinator plays a key support role within the Commercial team, providing assistance across two distinct functional areas: contract administration and Salesforce CRM. Reporting directly to the Commercial and Marketing Manager, the role works closely under the day-to-day supervision of the Senior Contracts Specialist and the Salesforce Champion.

This is an entry-level role well-suited to a motivated individual looking to build experience across commercial operations, contract administration, and CRM systems in a dynamic and collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities of the role:

• Assist the Senior Contracts Specialist with the preparation, formatting, and tracking of contract documents and correspondence.
• Maintain and update contract registers, databases, and filing systems to ensure accurate and accessible records.
• Support the coordination of contract review and approval workflows, including liaising with internal stakeholders to facilitate timely execution.
• Assist with the preparation of contract summaries, variation notices, and other administrative documentation as directed.
• Monitor contract milestones, expiry dates, and key obligations, escalating matters to the Senior Contracts Specialist as required.
• Assist the Salesforce Champion with day-to-day system administration tasks including data entry, record maintenance, and user access management.
• Support the configuration and testing of Salesforce features, fields, workflows, and reports under the guidance of the Salesforce Champion.
• Assist in the identification, documentation, and implementation of system improvements and enhancements to support business processes.
• Help prepare and maintain user guides, training materials, and process documentation for the Salesforce platform.
• Support the delivery of Salesforce training sessions and onboarding for new users, including one-on-one coaching and group demonstrations.
• Act as a point of contact for general Salesforce user queries, escalating complex issues to the Salesforce Champion where required.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture, working cooperatively with the Senior Contracts Specialist, Salesforce Champion, and Commercial and Marketing Manager.
• Perform other duties as required by the business.
