We are seeking a commercially minded Market and Growth Analyst to join our Parts & Services Division in Perth. If you enjoy solving complex business problems, identifying growth opportunities and helping leaders make better decisions through data, we want to hear from you.

 

About the Role:

 

This role will provide analytical support across the Parts & Services Division, helping the business turn data into clear commercial insights and practical actions.You will use data from multiple sources to identify opportunities across the customer, fleet and equipment lifecycle, improving visibility of where we can grow, compete more effectively and better support our customers.

 

Your work will directly support proactive customer engagement, improved sales conversion, stronger market competitiveness, inventory optimisation and profitable aftermarket growth.

 

Key Responsibilities of the role:

 

  • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reporting tools and analytical models that improve visibility of sales performance, customer activity, inventory position, pricing outcomes and operational KPIs.
  • Consolidate and analyse data from ERP, CRM, fleet, inventory, pricing, business intelligence and external market intelligence sources to support better commercial decision making.
  • Identify growth opportunities across customers, machines, product groups, installed fleet and equipment lifecycle stages, including parts, service, rebuild, overhaul and replacement potential.
  • Support targeted sales campaigns through data-driven opportunity mapping, customer segmentation and analysis of buying behaviour, demand trends and aftermarket capture.
  • Analyse pricing performance, price realisation, market movements, competitor activity and pricing leakage to support pricing optimisation and governance initiatives.
  • Review inventory performance, demand patterns, stock availability, lost sales, backorders and demand gaps to support inventory planning and improved customer service levels.
  • Develop insights that link fleet age, component life, utilisation patterns and customer activity to future parts and service demand.
  • Partner with sales, product management, supply chain and leadership teams to translate complex data into clear recommendations and practical commercial actions.
  • Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, business-focused way that supports proactive customer engagement, revenue growth and stronger customer outcomes.

 

About You

 

You are naturally curious and enjoy uncovering insights that others miss.

You combine strong analytical capability with commercial awareness and can confidently engage with stakeholders at all levels of the business.

 

To be successful, you will have:

 

  • Advanced Power BI capability.
  • Strong Excel and data modelling skills.
  • Experience working with ERP and CRM systems.
  • SQL experience desirable.
  • Experience consolidating data from multiple business systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to communicate findings clearly and influence decision making.
  • Strong commercial acumen.

 

Highly regarded experience:

 

  • Mining, equipment, industrial, aftermarket or OEM environments.
  • Pricing analytics.
  • Inventory and supply chain analytics.
  • Customer and sales performance reporting.
  • Forecasting and demand planning.
  • Fleet lifecycle analysis.
