About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and organised Marketing Coordinator to join our team on a fixed-term contract, covering maternity leave. This role offers an excellent opportunity to step into an established position and contribute immediately to a broad range of marketing activities across the business. Working closely with Sales, HR, and external partners, you will support the delivery of marketing campaigns, events, and branded materials that strengthen customer engagement and internal communications.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of marketing campaigns across digital, social, print, and promotional channels
  • Design and produce marketing collateral including brochures, posters, and event materials in line with brand guidelines
  • Assist with the development and activation of conferences, customer events, and internal initiatives
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and HR teams to coordinate campaigns, events, and key internal milestones
  • Manage marketing administration, including reporting, invoicing, promotional merchandise inventory, and website enquiry triage
  • Ensure marketing outputs are delivered on time and meet quality and brand standards

 

About You
  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline (preferred but not essential)
  • Previous experience in a professional marketing role, ideally within mining, resources, or an industrial environment
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong understanding of social and digital marketing platforms and best practices
  • Experience creating engaging written content (desirable)
  • Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to manage competing priorities and deadlines
