Kinetic Logging Services Pty Ltd is an Epiroc entity and a leading supplier of Geophysical Services in Australia, with offices in Perth, Newman and North Queensland.
We are seeking a Dedicated and Passionate Operations Trainer to join our team based in Kewdale on a permanent basis!
The Role:
As the Operations Trainer, you will lead and conduct, facilitate and evaluate all training modules required for Epiroc Kinetic Logging Services.
You will frequently visit field operations and conduct training on site PLUS but not limited to the following:
- Facilitate learning through classroom instructions, technical hands on training, virtual training and on-the-job coaching;
- Monitor field staff competencies and identify training needs;
- Collaborate with competent field staff, supervisors and mentors to offer training strategies!
- Regular ongoing assessment of field operator VOCs and SWPs in field;
- Apply assessment tools to measure training effectiveness;
- Track and report on training outcomes;
- Manage and maintain learning management system and compliance;
- Maintain employee training records;
- Develop and update operating manuals for equipment used in field;
- Review and manage training plans and training needs.
About You:
- Cert IV in Training and Assessment TAE40116 or TAE40122
- Experience in training and assessing;
- Good mechanical and electrical aptitude;
- Strong technical ability; mining, electronics or mechanical backgrounds high regarded
- Ability to develop Initiatives and find solutions;
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills;
- Excellent communication and coaching skills are vital!
- Intermediate computer skills;
- Adaptable, motivated and focused;
- Strong interpersonal, teamwork and motivational skills;
- Flexibility to travel to site locations, WA & interstate if required.
