We are currently seeking an Order Fulfilment Specialist to join our busy national team. This role is based in Perth, Western Australia.

Responsibilities include:

• Respond to request on lead time, order status, delivery, and availability where applicable
• Answer incoming phone calls, e-mails and assigned tickets from customer centres and sale channels
• Assist in investigationg issues relating to deliveries, returns, credits
• Track orders for incoming shipments and backorders
• Accurate daily filing of customer orders, invoices, acknowledgements and departmental communication
• Maintain compliance documentation
• Maintain a courteous and professional demeanour and communication with customer centres and internal staff at all times
• Participate in employee development programs including product and application training, business and personal development opportunities

Requirements:

• Previous customer service experience
• Mining and/or construction industries experience is highly preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word, Excel and Outlook is required
• Must be self-motivated, detail oriented and highly organised
• Experience in planning and/or purchasing of components as well as equivalent work is desirable.
• Experience working with ERP/WMS is desirable.
