Parts Interpreter

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Parts Interpreter to join us on a 12-month parental leave contract on a full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret, sell products and spare parts to local and international markets through face-to-face, telephone, and email interactions.
• Provide quotations and follow up to secure business.
• Assist with various warehousing duties.
• Maintain regular contact with existing clients.
• Build trusting relationships with new clients.

Key Skills and Attributes:

• Excellent personal presentation.
• Positive and enthusiastic personality with a strong customer focus.
• Keen eye for detail and great time management skills.
• Intermediate computer skills (experience with Pronto is an advantage).
• Excellent numeracy, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Mechanical aptitude would be preferred
• Experience in customer service.
• Highly motivated and team oriented.

Previous experience in parts sales, preferably in Auto Electrical and/or Mining, and a working knowledge of Pronto would be an advantage.
