We’re excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and motivated payroll professional to join our vibrant team on a 12 month fixed term contract. Your responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:

  • End to end payroll processing;
  • Processing of new starters and staff movements, including setting up new employee master files;
  • Calculation of termination payments;
  • Ensuring alignment with company policy and process
  • Maintaining compliance with awards, EBA’s and other legislative requirements
  • Responding to and resolving employees’ payroll queries in a timely manner;
  • Provision of assistance with month end payroll reporting;

 

Key skills, knowledge and experience required:

  • Strong experience in end to end payroll processing;
  • Previous experience with a trade/FIFO workforce and timesheet administration
  • Very strong organizational skills and close attention to detail;
  • Ability to meet deadlines, multi-task and prioritise tasks;
  • Strong systems experience. ADP, HR3 and / or Kronos experience an advantage;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Strong Excel skills (V Lookup, Pivot Tables)
