Epiroc are now seeking a Product Manager for the parts and services division. The PSD Product Manager’s mission is to help to maximise customer share and product line sales for the LHD product line within Australia.
 
Key Responsibilities of the role:
 
  • Identify potential improvements to machine models and review to decide whether they can or should be designed/implemented locally or globally
  • Develop sales campaigns to support increased product sales, based on own product knowledge and feedback gathered from the greater business and industry
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Sales, Customer Service and Service Departments to ensure the product line is performing in a positive nature
  • Work closely with the Inventory team to support healthy stock levels
  • Work with planning team to provide strategic feedback and insight regarding parts forecasting trends
  • Review parts within your product line to ensure critical and strategic parts are available as required and in the correct locations
  • Review and plan stocking levels for new machine model introduction
  • Work with Global colleagues to gain information required for new model releases and changes to parts, etc
  • Create and maintain up-to-date IMS files for customer consumption
  • Create and maintain SSG and customer critical stocking lists
  • Manage CES requests, quotes and ordering
  • Maintain aged stock within your product line, in-line with business KPI’s
  • Provide support for local parts solutions when required
  • Review and provide input relating to pricing of parts within your product line based on market intelligence and knowledge, while keeping within required business KPI’s
  • Support the greater business with external capital machine tenders
  • Provide input for customer consignment agreement parts lists
  • Prepare, price, review profitability and propose COPcare and other care agreements
  • Review Technical Bulletins (TSNB) for relevance and ensure parts stocking supports the release of the bulletin
  • Review and update critical stocking lists (CSL) to ensure critical item stock levels are as accurate as possible
  • Review factory product releases and determine suitability for release within Australia
  • Review and manage local kit creation
