Epiroc is on the lookout for a Product Support Advisor to provide underground support for our customer, ensuring excellence in every aspect of our work. This site-based position offers an exciting 8/6 day shift roster, FIFO ex Perth.
As a Product Support Advisor, you'll dive into a world of responsibilities:
- Understanding and complying with Epiroc and client SHEQ requirements, policies, and procedures.
- Assisting customers with diagnostic evaluations and providing expert advice on removal, repair, and installation procedures.
- Monitoring repair and maintenance events, analyzing trends, and recommending strategies to maximize machine availability and utilization.
- Processing warranty claims efficiently, adhering to company guidelines.
- Providing high-level technical mentoring, support, and training to customers, becoming the go-to expert on Epiroc products.
- Assisting customers in developing preventative equipment maintenance plans.
- Actively participating in continuous improvement initiatives and providing customized customer support.
- Building long-term, sustainable relationships with customers and delivering on commitments.
Ideal candidates possess:
- A relevant Australian (or recognized) Trade Qualification.
- Customer-facing field expertise in Epiroc surface ground products.
- Sound knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical schematics.
- Extensive experience in maintaining surface heavy mobile mining equipment, including hydraulic and low voltage electrical repairs.
- An unwavering focus on safety.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Self-starting with effective planning and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Commitment to providing quality customer service.
- Proficient computer literacy.
