We are seeking a Regional Field Supervisor to oversee and support our field operations team. In this role, you will assign tasks, coordinate daily activities, and ensure all team members receive the necessary training, coaching, and resources to perform at their best.

Key responsibilities involve:

  • Liaise with clients and field staff to ensure the smooth execution of scheduled work at assigned sites
  • Plan, organise, and communicate daily workflows in line with client expectations
  • Ensure all planned maintenance is completed on schedule
  • Step in to operate a logging vehicle when required
  • Promote adherence to Safe Work and Field Operations Procedures, including monitoring KPIs and reporting non-compliance
  • Ensure full compliance with customer contract requirements to guarantee satisfaction
  • Investigate, document, and report quality non-conformances
  • Provide technical supervision and support to field staff
  • Ensure all shifts are covered and billable to the client
  • Build strong relationships with clients to identify and secure additional work opportunities

About You:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar field or industry
  • Statutory Supervisor qualifications
  • Mechanical aptitude and understanding of equipment capabilities and limitations
  • Strong grasp of client needs and operational priorities
  • Excellent task prioritisation and issue escalation skills
  • Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organised, self-motivated, and disciplined
  • Flexible and resilient under pressure
  • Positive, proactive attitude and a team player
