Are you ready?

As Epiroc's Regional IT Manager for Southeast Asia, you will turn regional business priorities into measurable IT outcomes by connecting business leadership with Epiroc’s global IT capabilities, driving adoption of standard services, strengthening technology risk management, and ensuring IT supports growth, operational excellence, user experience, security, and sustainable technology adoption across the region.

This is an opportunity to shape how IT partners with the Southeast Asia business, strengthen regional alignment with global IT, and lead a team that enables business growth, operational excellence, user experience, security, and sustainable technology adoption.

What you will lead and influence:

Shape business value through IT partnership

• Be the trusted IT partner for Southeast Asia, connecting regional business ambitions with the strength of Epiroc’s global IT capabilities.

• Build strong, trusted relationships with General Managers, regional leadership teams, site leaders, user communities, and business representatives across the region.

• Turn business ideas, opportunities, and challenges into practical technology solutions that deliver measurable value.

• Partner with regional leadership to unlock opportunities for growth, productivity, operational excellence, and digital transformation.

• Champion regional technology demand with clear priorities, strong governance, and close alignment to global IT strategy.

Lead people, change, and regional execution

• Inspire, coach, and develop the regional IT team, creating an environment where people can perform, grow, and feel supported.

• Lead regional and local IT initiatives that enable business priorities, improve ways of working, and accelerate technology transformation.

• Drive change, adoption, and capability building so IT is seen as a proactive business partner, not only a service provider.

• Collaborate with global IT functions and governance teams to bring global standards, architectures, and service models to life in the region.

• Contribute to regional business planning, risk discussions, and strategic decision-making as a credible and trusted technology advisor.

• Promote cost transparency, value realization, and smart standardization opportunities across regional IT services and investments.

• Strengthen regional service performance by focusing on KPIs, service quality, business satisfaction, and continuous improvement.

• Ensure technology investments deliver lasting value through strong adoption, benefits tracking, measurement, and ongoing optimization.

• Translate global IT strategy and roadmaps into clear regional priorities, execution plans, and outcomes that support business needs.

• Drive adoption of global IT products, services, standards, and processes while balancing regional business needs and regulatory requirements.

• Own regional IT risk, security, compliance, resilience, and cyber security awareness with confidence and accountability.

• Create a safe, healthy, and inclusive working environment by promoting employee well-being, psychological safety, risk awareness, SHEQ compliance, and proactive leadership behaviours.

• Foster a culture where people feel comfortable raising concerns, challenging ideas, reporting risks, and asking for support without fear of negative consequences.

To be successful in this role, you will bring mature leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to work effectively across regional and global teams. The role will suit someone with experience leading both direct and indirect teams, influencing senior stakeholders, and balancing business partnership with disciplined IT execution.

Key Competencies:

Business-oriented: You understand business priorities and actively identify opportunities where technology can create value, improve performance, and support regional outcomes.

Customer-focused: You build trusted stakeholder relationships and continuously improve user experience, business satisfaction, and adoption of IT services.

Proactive: You anticipate risks, challenges, and opportunities early, taking action before issues impact delivery, stakeholders, or business outcomes.

Strategic thinker: You balance short-term operational priorities with long-term business and technology goals, ensuring regional execution remains aligned with global IT strategy.

Collaborative: You work effectively across regions, functions, and cultures, building strong partnerships and achieving results through influence, trust, and shared ownership.

Influential communicator: You communicate clearly and confidently with executives, business leaders, and technical teams, adapting your message to different audiences and decisions.

People developer: You create an environment where individuals can grow, perform, and thrive while fostering engagement, inclusion, well-being, and continuous development.

Accountable: You take ownership of commitments, decisions, risks, and outcomes, ensuring follow-through, measurable results, and early escalation when support or decisions are needed.

Change champion: You promote new ways of working, drive adoption of global solutions, and help stakeholders navigate organizational change with clarity and confidence.

If you are motivated by business partnership, technology transformation, and leading people through change, we look forward to your application.
