We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented SHEQ & Training Coordinator to support the administration, coordination, and reporting of training and compliance activities across the business.

About the role

Reporting to the SHEQ function, you will be responsible for coordinating training and compliance activities, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring mandatory requirements are tracked and completed across the business.

You will work closely with leaders, employees, and stakeholders nationally to support training visibility, competency management, and audit readiness.


Key responsibilities

  • Coordinate and maintain training records, licences, and certifications
  • Track mandatory training compliance and provide reporting updates
  • Schedule and coordinate SHEQ and operational training activities
  • Maintain training matrices and competency frameworks
  • Support reporting, audits, and compliance gap analysis
  • Administer HRWL (High Risk Work Licence) and Verification of Competency (VoC) processes
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely documentation
  • Provide administrative support to the wider SHEQ function

About you

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • Previous experience in administration, training coordination, compliance, or safety environments
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Confidence working with systems, reporting tools, and data management
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • A proactive approach with a focus on continuous improvement and accuracy
