Epiroc Australia is looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and organised Service Administrator. This permanent full time position will be based at our Perth Service Centre. We want to invest in you and your career, so come be part of our high-performing teams.

Responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:

Comply with all Epiroc policies and procedures
Open and close service and warranty jobs
Process time sheets and time sheet reconciliation
Support invoicing, purchase orders and E-purchase/E payables system related tasks
Coordinate mobilisation activities for multiple client sites
Administration of service jobs
General administrative duties as required

Ideally, you will possess:

Suitable Administration qualifications
Experience in a similar administration role
Ability to multi task and react to changing objectives
Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment
Skilled in the use of SAP, Microsoft Office suite and TRACK (desirable)
Strong communication skills
