We are currently seeking a diverse range of  trade qualified Service Technicians (Drill Fitters) to join our service team in Perth, who are seeking a career development opportunity within a global organisation.

 

As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for:

· Creating and developing strong relationships with team members.

· Carrying out specialized repairs, rebuilds and maintenance work on Epiroc's range of surface and underground mining equipment and components.

· Complete complex repairs and refurbishment of specialty equipment with attention to detail and meticulous quality.

· Providing a high level of technical product support to our customers located within the region as and when required.

· Self-driven and motivated to deliver exceptional service in component rebuilding, while fostering strong teamwork and collaboration with colleagues.

· Comply with Epiroc and customer SHEQ and WHS requirements.

· Committed to continuously improving existing work standards and practices.

 

Ideally, you will possess the following experience and qualifications:

· Mechanical Engineering, Heavy Diesel, Fixed Plant, Auto Electrical or hydraulic trade qualifications or similar.

· Customer-facing experience or similar.

· Extensive experience in the maintenance of surface and underground mobile mining equipment, hydraulic repairs, diagnostics, and low-voltage electrical repairs.

· Preventative and breakdown maintenance experience.

· Heavy mobile plant equipment rebuilds.

· Basic computer skills for Report writing and Documentation.

· Proven ability to troubleshoot, Diagnose and Fault Find complex electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic problems.

· Experience with Epiroc surface and underground products will be highly regarded.
