Service Optimisation

 

Location: Flexible – Can be based at any Epiroc branch across Australia

Epiroc Australia is currently seeking a highly organised and enthusiastic Service Optimisation Role professional to join our national team. While the role has strong ties to our Kalgoorlie and Newman Service Centres, it can be based at any Epiroc branch across Australia, offering flexibility to the right candidate.

As the Service Optimisation, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to coordinate service planning, warranty support, component management – all while helping drive efficiency and service excellence across our operations.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain maintenance schedules
  • Process and support warranty-related activities
  • Collaborate with Components and SX teams to manage maintenance programs
  • Liaise with suppliers and internal supply chain to ensure material availability
  • Coordinate with third-party contractors for production-related activities
  • Engage directly with customers and vendors to support operational outcomes
 

 

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • Prior experience in planning, supervisory, and warranty roles within an OEM environment
  • Proven capability in scheduling, resource planning, or project management
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail
  • Clear and confident verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with ERP/MRP systems and intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Project
  • A collaborative, inclusive approach and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Epiroc Australia is looking for an enthusiastic and organised Service Optimisation - West based in Perth who is ready to own their scope and enjoy the benefits of working within a supportive team of subject matter experts. 

As the Service Optimisation - West, you will play an essential role in the operations of our Kalgoorlie & Newman Service Centre, bringing a variety of stakeholders and perspectives together to achieve results.

 

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Planning, preparation and implementation of maintenance schedules
  • Warranty processing and support
  • Working with the components and SX teams on component and SX maintenance
  • Communicating with suppliers and supply chain for material availability
  • Organising contractors / third party suppliers for production activities
  • Customer and vendor interaction

 

The successful applicant will have:

  • Planning, Supervisory and Warranty experience in an OEM environment
  • Demonstrated experience in scheduling, resources planning, project management
  • Strong problem solving, analytical and strategic planning skills.
  • A high standard of organisation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems
  • Intermediate to advanced computer literacy including Microsoft Project and Excel
  • Ability to collaborate, work inclusively with others and be autonomous when required
