We are Epiroc, a global market leader with a Swedish work culture. We are currently looking for a friendly, competent, and motivated person to join our small service administration team as a Customer Care Coordinator and support us for a period of 6 months.
Position: Customer Care Coordinator
Location: office in Polkowice
What exactly will your role be?
- Service administration in SAP includes service orders processing, invoicing, entering new customers and equipment into the system, data input into SAP.
- Comprehensive service of customer orders.
- Proactive monitoring of incoming / outgoing deliveries.
- Scheduling deliveries to customers in accordance with the terms from shipment to delivery.
- Cooperation with forwarders and carriers, booking transport in various means of transport, preparation of documents for customs clearance.
- Settlement of complaints about delivery.
- Proactive approach to supporting business operations, taking care of the company's good image and protecting resources.
- Support in the development and regular monitoring of procedures and key performance indicators for the logistics area.
Our requirements:
- Higher education is not required; students are welcome.
- Experience in logistics (customer service) and material resource management is an advantage.
- Communicative English in speaking and writing.
- Knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of SAP (logistics module) will be an additional advantage.
- Ability to think creatively and approach operational activities with an open mindset.
- Independence and the ability to make decisions under time pressure.
- Openness and strong communication skills, enthusiasm, and commitment to task execution.
