What you’ll do
- Ensure full compliance with the Service Contract and Epiroc Rules of Engagement, including the availability and maintenance of all contractually agreed infrastructure and Epiroc-committed assets.
- Drive 100% recovery and billing of fixed costs while controlling, registering, and monitoring deviations arising from non-compliance.
- Establish, monitor, and control all contractual KPIs, including availability, reliability, maintainability, equipment performance, OTIF, supply chain, and SHEQ, ensuring they are measured, analysed, and formally reported.
- Take corrective action where KPIs deviate from contractual targets and ensure recovery plans are implemented and tracked to completion.
- Lead a structured Continuous Improvement process aligned to Epiroc standards, driving operational excellence, productivity gains, and cost optimisation initiatives.
- Maintain formal records of contract performance, action plans, performance meetings, negotiations, and improvement initiatives.
- Enforce Epiroc SHEQ policies, 5S Corporate Standards, legal requirements, and client safety standards across all facilities, vehicles, suppliers, and subcontractors, including annual audits.
- Lead, coach, and develop site teams while building strong relationships with Client stakeholders, suppliers, and internal Epiroc functions, upholding "The Epiroc Way" through ethical behaviour and performance accountability.
What you’ll bring
- A minimum 10 years’ experience in maintenance of mining/drilling equipment; experience with Epiroc equipment highly advantageous.
- 3-5 years of experience in a leadership role/contract management role, with demonstrated managerial skills and experience managing and motivating teams from diverse backgrounds.
- A relevant Trade qualification (Millwright, Mechanical and/or related trade)
- Diploma or degree in engineering or business management is considered beneficial (Preferred).
- Demonstrated experience in KPI governance, financial control and customer facing contracts.
- Proven expertise in supervising maintenance teams, as well as managing vendor-managed inventory and service operations, is regarded as highly advantageous.
