You will drive growth, build strong customer partnerships, and take ownership of territory performance in a role focused on increasing market share, achieving sales targets, optimizing drilling efficiencies, and delivering exceptional customer support while ensuring effective stock holding, receivables management, and compliance with company policies and procedures.

Your Mission:

• Drive market share growth and profitability for Rock Drilling Tools.
• Manage forecasting, stock replenishment, and warehouse stock control.
• Follow up on orders, deliveries, invoicing, and customer queries.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through continuous support and after-sales service.
• Prepare sales targets, reports, quotations, and market performance updates.
• Promote products through customer presentations and product support initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and pricing structures.

Your Profile:

• Hold a Grade 12 certificate
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Rotary and DTH contract management.
• Strong knowledge of rock drilling tools and product applications.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently, and a strong team player.
• Computer literate with a valid driver’s license.
• Medically fit and willing to travel as required.
