Your mission

As a Senior AtR Specialist, you’ll play a key role in ensuring accurate accounting and reporting while driving process excellence. You’ll work closely with internal customers and contribute to global projects that shape the future of finance at Epiroc.

• Perform day-to-day accounting and reporting activities with precision and ownership
• Lead process harmonization and SAP alignment across entities
• Drive improvements in AtR processes and tools, including automation and digitization
• Participate in regional and global projects, including onboarding new entities
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and external standards (IFRS, local GAAP)
• Maintain excellent communication with stakeholders across the region and globally
• Uphold and improve agreed procedures within the team
• Participation on implementation of new SAP S4 Hana 

Your profile

We’re looking for someone who’s not just great with numbers, but also with people and processes. You’ll thrive here if you’re curious, proactive, and eager to grow.

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in AtR roles within multinational organizations
• Knowledge of IFRS and SAP
• Strong skills in Excel
• Excellent command of English
• Hands-on experience in project work, demonstrating strong organizational skills and ability to drive deliverables within agreed timelines
• Proven ability to build relationships and trust with internal and external stakeholders
• A collaborative mindset and a passion for continuous improvement
• Statutory reporting knowledge and experience is an advantage
• Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus
• Czech citizenship or valid work permit is mandatory
