IT Support Global Project Manager

Are you an experienced Project Manager who thrives in international environments and enjoys driving complex IT initiatives from idea to delivery?

We are looking for a Global Project Manager to strengthen our Global IT Support organization and take end-to-end ownership of impactful, cross-regional IT projects. In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to ensure predictable delivery, strong governance, and real business value.

Your Mission

As Global Project Manager - IT Support, you will be responsible for leading and delivering global and large regional IT Support projects with international reach.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Leading end-to-end delivery of IT projects from initiation to closure, ensuring scope, timeline, budget, quality, and governance are met
• Establishing and maintaining project governance, including status reporting, risk and issue management, and documentation
• Managing internal and external stakeholders across multiple regions and cultures, acting as a trusted partner to sponsors and business representatives
• Coordinating cross-functional IT teams and vendors to ensure effective collaboration and execution
• Managing project budgets, forecasts, and financial follow-up with transparency and control
• Proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and change requests, and implementing mitigation actions
• Contributing to continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and supporting project management standards within IT Support

The role covers a mix of global initiatives and large regional projects with global impact.

Your Profile

To succeed in this role, you bring a solid background in project management and the confidence to operate in a global, multicultural setting.

We believe you have:

• 10+ years of experience as a Project Manager with delivery of complex, cross-country projects
• Experience from IT environments, deep technical expertise is not required, but strong IT understanding is essential
• Proven ability to manage projects with significant budgets and multiple stakeholders
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
• Strong communication skills, cultural awareness, and an empathetic, mature stakeholder approach
• A structured, proactive, and results-oriented working style
• Experience working with project management methodologies and tools (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, Agile); certification is an advantage
• Familiarity with ITIL principles or IT service environments is considered a plus

Location and other

This position is based in Prague, Czech Republic. Remote work within the Czech Republic is possible, provided you are willing to travel to Prague regularly for key meetings and collaboration. Occasional travel is required.

This position is open to candidates who are already based in Czech Republic. Due to the urgency of the recruitment, we are not able to support or consider international relocations - and no relocation package is offered.
