What will be your job about?

In the Order to Cash team, you will take care of your clients by ensuring smooth operations of following activities:

  • Invoice creation
  • Providing SOA and payment reminders
  • Customer account maintenance
  • Dealing with incoming enquiries
  • Participation on SOX controls within the OtC processes
  • Maintenance of Standard Operations Procedures
  • Review of intercompany Netting system
  • Booking of intercompany payments on monthly basis
  • Performance of month-end activities
  • Cash application
  • Daily bank statement reconciliation
  • Investigation of all unallocated payments upon receipt
  • Performance according to KPI, CPI and company policy

What knowledge, personality and skills are we looking for?

  • At least 1 year in accounting and finance department, preferably in an international company.
  • Good knowledge of English is a must, second language is an advantage.
  • Overview of F&A processes and accounting knowledge.
  • Friendly personality with sense of responsibility, analytical skills and good focus on details.
  • Czech citizenship or work permit.
