Mission

 

  • Provide support to the business areas and Epiroc Center of Excellence in finance related matters.
  • Provide consultation and advisory service on finance policy impact on individual business units’ goals.

 

 

Responsibilities and objectives

 

  • Lead, motivate and develop the team for maximum performance. Ensure there is the right competence within the team.
  • Develop, unify, and standardize the process, tools, and systems to achieve the superior quality and high efficiency.
  • Be the process owner within team
  • First point of contact for stakeholders
  • Support team with own expertise
  • Being part of operations such as:
    • Cash application
    • Customer account maintenance
    • Invoice creation
    • Providing SOA and payment reminders
    • Dealing with incoming enquiries
    • Maintenance of Standard Operations Procedures
    • Review of intercompany Netting system
    • Booking of intercompany payments on monthly basis
    • Performance of month-end activities
    • Investigation of all unallocated payments upon receipt

 

Experience requirements

 

  • 3+ years of experience in F&A process
  • Professionally qualified with expertise in the Order to Cash processes

 

 

Knowledge

 

  • Very good command of English, another language is a plus
  • MS Office tools knowledge on good level
  • Billing process
  • Good knowledge within banking and accounts receivable area
  • F&A process understanding & accounting knowledge
