Your mission
As an OtC Accountant, you will ensure smooth and accurate Order-to-Cash operations while providing expert support to business areas and our Regional Center of Excellence. You will also act as a trusted advisor on finance policies and their impact on business goals.
- Cash application
- Customer account maintenance
- Invoice creation
- Providing SOA and payment reminders
- Dealing with incoming enquiries
- Maintenance of Standard Operations Procedures
- Review of intercompany Netting system
- Booking of intercompany payments on monthly basis
- Performance of month-end activities
- Daily bank statement reconciliation
- Investigation of all unallocated payments upon receipt
- Performance according to KPI, CPI and company policy
Your profile
You’ll thrive in this role if you are detail-oriented, proactive, and enjoy working in a dynamic, international environment.
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is a plus
- 2–3 years of experience in Finance & Accounting processes, with expertise in Accounts Receivable
- Knowledge of billing processes, banking, and accounts receivable
- Understanding of F&A processes and accounting principles
- Very good command of English (another language is a plus)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to build strong relationships internally and externally
- Czech citizenship or valid work permit is mandatory
