Your Mission

As the PtP Accountant, you will be responsible for smooth operations in Epiroc's business units of following activities:

Follow-up invoices and credit notes in AI ERP tool
Match invoices with purchase orders and resolve any mismatches
Communicate and meet with internal clients, provide support and solutions
Analyze vendor accounts, solve negative balances
Reconcile vendor statements
Performance according to KPI, CPI and company policy
Communicate with vendors to resolve account discrepancies and respond to vendor inquiries
Participate on improvement and optimization projects
Participate in ad-hoc projects and special tasks, as assigned

Your profile

We’re looking for someone who’s detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn. You’ll thrive here if you enjoy problem-solving and working in a global team.

A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is a plus
Some experience in Accounts Payable
Good command of English and Czech
Solid Excel knowledge
Understanding of finance processes and accounting principles
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
A friendly personality with a sense of responsibility
Open to changes and innovation
Czech citizenship or valid work permit
