PtP Accountant with Polish

• Reporting to a PtP and OtC Manager Regional CoE

Mission

• Provide support to the business areas and Epiroc Center of Excellence in finance related matters.
• Provide consultation and advisory service on finance policy impact on individual business units’ goals.

Responsibilities and objectives

• Vendor account maintenance and identification of problematic items
• Investigation on above mentioned & Solution proposals (offset/ write off/ reversal invoice copy request etc.)
• Invoice Processing
• Dealing with incoming enquiries
• Maintenance of Standard Operations Procedures
• Vendor reconciliation
• Other tasks assigned by the Manager
• Act as PtP process owner within project team
• First point of contact for stakeholders
• Support team with own expertise

Experience requirements

• 2-3+ years of experience in F&A process
• Professionally qualified with expertise in the Accounts Receivable processes

Knowledge

• Very good command of English and Polish language
• Accounts Payables experience
• Good knowledge within Supplier payments
• ERP system BPCS is a plus
• F&A process understanding & accounting knowledge
