You will join Epiroc's Global Intercompany Team, a diverse and international team responsible for developing, standardizing, and continuously improving intercompany processes across regions. We are currently in an exciting phase of growth and transformation, with a clear ambition to centralize intercompany activities, increase automation, and create a more efficient and standardized way of working globally.

As Regional Intercompany Specialist for EMENA, you will act as the primary point of contact for your region, working closely with finance teams, business controllers, regional stakeholders, Centers of Excellence, IT teams, and our back-office organization.

Your Mission

As a Regional Intercompany Specialist EMENA, you will play a key role in driving and developing intercompany processes across the region. Working closely with finance teams, business stakeholders, Centres of Excellence, and our Global Intercompany organization, you will help improve process efficiency, support automation initiatives, and ensure a consistent and compliant way of working. Through process improvements, stakeholder collaboration, project activities, and knowledge sharing, you will contribute to Epiroc's ongoing finance transformation journey.

You will:

• Own and develop the intercompany process within the EMENA region.
• Develop and improve global AP and AR intercompany processes.
• Ensure accurate transaction handling, compliance, and process performance.
• Create and maintain process documentation and support knowledge transfer activities.
• Partner with business controllers, Supply Chain, Treasury, RCoEs, and other stakeholders.
• Lead or support projects related to process improvements, automation, and transitions.
• Prepare reports and use data insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Deliver training and collaborate closely with the back-office team to ensure smooth operations.

Your Profile

You are a proactive and collaborative finance professional who enjoys working across functions, cultures, and regions. You thrive in environments where priorities evolve, projects run in parallel, and continuous improvement is part of everyday work.

We believe you have:

• 3+ years of experience within Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Accounting-to-Reporting, Master Data, or other finance process areas.
• Experience working in multinational organizations and collaborating with international stakeholders.
• Experience working with ERP systems; experience with M3 is considered a strong advantage.
• Ability to work independently and drive activities from planning through execution
• Strong communication skills and confidence in interacting with stakeholders at different levels.
• A structured and analytical approach combined with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

It will be considered an advantage if you also have:

• Exposure to finance transformation, system implementations, or process migration projects.
• Experience with automation, reporting solutions, AI-driven tools, OCR, RPA, ECS, or similar technologies.

Location and Travel

This position can be located in Prague, Czech Republic or Örebro, Sweden.
