SHEQ & Administration Coordinator (Czech Republic)

What’s the role about?

We’re looking for a SHEQ and Administration Coordinator to support our Czech Republic team. You’ll be the person who helps everything run smoothly—from organizing events and managing office supplies to making sure we’re on top of safety, health, and environmental standards.

You’ll work closely with our Country Manager and regional teams, helping with everything from audits and reports to booking flights and keeping our internal systems up to date.

What you’ll be doing:

• Organizing team events like Safety Day, Epiroc Day, and holiday parties
• Managing office operations — contracts, supplies, car fleet, IT gear, etc.
• Keeping our safety and quality systems in check (SHEQ)
• Helping with audits, reports, and making sure we follow the rules
• Supporting the team with day-to-day admin tasks

What we’re looking for:

• Someone who’s organized, proactive, and a great communicator
• Comfortable using Excel, Outlook, and Teams
• With growth mindset and passion for digitalization and working in different IT systems
• Speaks Czech fluently and has a good level of English
• Has some experience in admin or SHEQ (bonus points if you’ve done both!)
• A degree in business, admin, or similar is great—but experience counts too
