Regional Product & Sales Business Partner

Join us as a regional subject-matter expert for the PROTECT portfolio, enabling sales, technical, and deployment excellence by supporting Customer Centers, Business Line Managers, and Product teams with solution positioning, deployment readiness, and operational maturity across trials, proof of concepts, and rollouts. You will guide and uplift regional capabilities while providing expert technical support when required, ensuring successful adoption and sustainable business outcomes without replacing local Customer Center ownership and accountability.

Your Mission:

• Serve as the regional PROTECT subject-matter expert, providing technical and product guidance to Customer Centers, BLMs, and stakeholders.
• Support RFIs, RFQs, tenders, customer demonstrations, and technical workshops with specialized pre-sales expertise.
• Assist with solution scoping, including CAS levels, VTV/VTP configurations, and deployment models.
• Ensure all sales opportunities align with approved product configurations, standards, and pricing methodologies.
• Validate new hardware, firmware, and feature releases, while providing field feedback to Product and Engineering teams.
• Communicate feature limitations, known issues, and product updates to regional stakeholders.
• Support complex deployments, trials, PoCs, and first-of-kind installations, providing on-site technical assistance only when escalation is justified.
• Develop regional capability through technical training, post-Bootcamp support, local-language training delivery, and training material improvements.
• Drive regional alignment by participating in governance forums, reporting on deployment progress, trial outcomes, risks, and key issues.
• Promote safe working practices by complying with Epiroc OH&S requirements, performing SHEQ responsibilities, and ensuring safe deployment and operational execution.

Your Profile:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mechatronics, Electronics, or a related technical field.
• 3–6 years’ experience in technical support, commissioning, or maintenance of industrial or mining systems.
• Proven experience supporting complex electronic or safety systems in operational environments.
• Experience with Collision Avoidance Systems (CAS), proximity detection, or similar safety technologies is highly advantageous.
• Exposure to both underground and surface mining operations.
