  • Maintain Odoo inventory integrity by ensuring accurate, timely transactions and reliable parts, bins, BOM and warehouse master data.
  • Lead warehouse operations and improvement, including receiving, dispatch, stores expansion, 5S, SHEQ, safe storage and logistics coordination.

  • 8+ years in warehousing / stores / inventory / supply-chain, with 2+ years leading a team.
  • Proven inventory-control, demand-planning and kitting experience in a manufacturing / electronics environment.
  • Hands-on ERP experience (Odoo advantageous; Pastel / equivalent acceptable) including GRN/GRV, transfers and manufacturing consumption.
  • Exposure to ESD / PCB handling and to managing sub-contractor / consignment stock is a strong advantage.
  • Demand-planning and S&OP collaboration; solid numeracy and reporting / KPI literacy.
  • 5S / lean, SHEQ awareness and project-management capability (stores expansion).
  • Strong inventory and data discipline; comfortable with min/max, buffers, cycle counts and variance analysis.
  • Leadership, accountability and the ability to enforce process and QA gates firmly and fairly.
