1. Job Description: Management Trainee – RCoE India (HR)
About the Role
The Management Trainee – RCoE India (HR) is an integral part of the HR Centre of Excellence, supporting Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and HR Analytics. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, digital fluency, and the ability to work with advanced tools, AI/ML applications, and modern HR platforms.
This role is designed for HR professionals who want to work at the intersection of HR, data science, digital transformation, and AI-driven people practices—enabling smarter decisions, better employee experiences, and future-ready HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Learning & Development (AI‑Driven L&D Enablement)
- Support the creation of learning journeys using insights from LXP analytics, learner behaviour patterns, and skill-gap data.
- Use AI/ML-based recommendations to personalize capability‑building roadmaps for employees and emerging talent pools.
- Assist in building skill taxonomies, role-based competencies, and future skills frameworks using global L&D benchmarks.
- Collaborate on content curation using digital tools, AI content engines, and modern learning platforms (Cornerstone, Degreed, etc.).
- Track learning impact using dashboards—engagement metrics, heat maps, sentiment insights, and ROI analytics.
- Support digital academies, leadership programs, technical learning tracks, and certification pathways.
2. Talent Acquisition (Tech‑Enabled TA Operations)
- Analyse hiring funnel performance using dashboards—time to fill, quality of hire, conversion ratios, sourcing effectiveness.
- Assist in building talent pools using tagging frameworks: skills, role clusters, future readiness, and pipeline strength.
- Support interviewer calibration, bar-raiser frameworks, structured interview formats, and hiring assessments.
- Use automation (Power Automate, ATS workflows) to streamline scheduling, screening, and candidate communications.
- Conduct market mapping using industry databases, competitive intelligence, and compensation insights.
3. HR Analytics & Technology
- Work with HRIS, dashboards (Power BI/Tableau), ATS analytics, LXP data, and EX platforms.
- Assist with automation initiatives using Power Automate, workflow engines, HR bots, and analytics scripts.
- Use AI-driven insights to support decision-making across talent, performance, C&B, and workforce planning.
- Develop simple models for forecasting (attrition, hiring load, L&D demand) under guidance from senior team members.
5. HR Operations & COE Programs
- Support onboarding, policy documentation, audit readiness, and employee data integrity.
- Participate in organisation-wide HR projects: capability frameworks, engagement programs, talent reviews, and COE initiatives.
- Collaborate with global and local HR stakeholders, ensuring alignment with governance, quality, and compliance standards.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Master’s degree in HR / MBA (HR) / PGDM (HR) from a reputed organization.
- Strong understanding of HR fundamentals (TA, C&B, L&D, HR Ops).
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset.
- Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, HR Analytics, HRIS, and preferably basic automation skills.
- Exposure to AI tools, ATS, LXP platforms, and HR technology.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Interest in applying AI/ML to HR—sourcing, learning, compensation, workforce planning.
