Job Description - Marketing Manager - Parts & Service - ATD
Job Responsibility -
- Reporting to the Business Line Manager (ATD), responsibilities include:
- Sales development, pricing, and unadjusted gross profit targets of aftermarket products.
- Initiating, developing, and implementing marketing plans and strategies for HAT aftermarket.
- Retaining market share with a hit rate of >50%
- Leading the aftermarket team
- Playing an active role in AMC contracts and securing primary breaker business with the capital equipment team.
- Supporting direct and partner aftermarket teams with training (product knowledge, applications, sales arguments, competitor info)
- Collaborating with the capital equipment team
- Visiting dealerships/local PC for inventory/production planning
- Setting sensible pricing to tackle non-genuine parts suppliers
- Suggesting innovative ways of handling business
- Working with PC & division to identify competent vendors and development
- Inventory management
- Running aftermarket campaigns & service camps.
- Efficiently handling the D and A retail aftermarket business now & if required OEM in future.
- Promotion & handling of quick coupler brand of Duralatch & Palladin with retail dealers for installation and commissioning.
Skills and Experience required for this position:
- Aftermarket sales experience
- Team handling experience
- Ability to manage retail market demands
- Minimum 10 years of experience in aftermarket sales
