Job Description:
Epiroc India is looking for a dynamic National Sales Manager for Parts and Service division.
The National Sales Manager – Parts & Service will lead and drive sales strategy for the parts and service business line across India customer centre (includes, India, Nepal, Bhutan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, excluding Hindustan Zinc Operation). The role focuses on achieving aggressive revenue growth, distributor development, expanding market share in aftermarket solution (Spare parts, rebuild, service contracts, rebuild, consumables and support agreement), building strong customer relationship in mining and infrastructure sectors and leading high performing sales team to deliver exceptional customer value and business results in aligning India operations with global PSD strategies.

- Develop and execute the national sales strategy and annual business plan for Parts & Service to achieve revenue, profitability, and market share targets in the India territory.
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of regional sales engineers/managers, key account managers, and support staff to drive performance and professional development.
- Identify and penetrate new customer opportunities while strengthening relationships with existing key accounts (mining companies, contractors, OEM partners, and distributors).
- Promote and sell the full portfolio of Parts & Service offerings, including genuine spare parts, service contracts, maintenance agreements, training, rebuild programs, reman and digital/connected solutions.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, supply chain, and product support teams to ensure timely parts availability, competitive pricing, and high service levels.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs in the mining and infrastructure sectors to identify growth opportunities and risks.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and weekly/monthly business reports; provide detailed insights to senior leadership.
- Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and pricing to maximize margins while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Drive initiatives for customer uptime, productivity improvements, and long-term partnerships (e.g., through performance-based service agreements).
- Ensure compliance with Epiroc's safety, sustainability, and ethical standards in all sales activities.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical/Mining/Industrial) or equivalent or MBA preferred.
- 10-15+ years of sales experience in industrial equipment, preferably in mining, construction, heavy machinery, or aftermarket parts & service.
- Minimum 5-7 years in a leadership role managing sales teams in a national or multi-regional capacity.
- Proven track record of delivering revenue growth and achieving/exceeding targets in B2B aftermarket sales.
- Strong knowledge of mining/infrastructure sectors in India, including customer dynamics, procurement processes, and competitive landscape.
- Experience with distributor/channel management and direct key account sales is highly desirable.
Required Skills and Competencies:
- Exceptional leadership, coaching, people management and channel management skills.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and commercial acumen.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (English; Hindi/regional languages advantageous).
- Strategic thinker with a customer-centric mindset and ability to build long-term relationships.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), MS Office, and sales analytics/AI tools.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India customer centre territory.
