As an AtR Manager you will ensure the delivery of quality Accounting to Reporting (AtR) services to the entities in scope in line with agreed Best Possible Process and the Epiroc Way. Besides performing day to day activities, you will continuously look for improvement opportunities in processes and ways of working, while using digitalization and Robotic Process Automation as an enabler to achieve further efficiencies.
You will coach and support your colleagues to achieve maximum performance and at the same time ensure that agreed procedures are maintained and adhered to within the team. You will contribute to an excellent
communication flow with stakeholders in the region and relevant parts of the global organization.
Job Description:
- Ensure that the team is well-functioning and motivated
- Ensure that there is the right competence within the team and that learning journey are defined
- Enabling and supporting Senior AtR Specialist in the role as First Point of Contact
- Responsible for reviewing and prioritizing upcoming tasks for the team with the Senior Specialist on weekly basis
- Ensure that OWoM meetings are booked for all entities
- Support the implementation of improvements to processes and tools
- Continuously improve processes and ways of working
- Participate in projects for the Regional Center of Excellence Team
- Monitoring of performance indicators (KPI:s) for entities supported
Education & Experience Prerequisites
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration or related field is required, as well as proven extensive knowledge in IFRS
- Solid accounting and finance experience, ideally within multinational companies
- Proficiency in English and excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Expertise in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint), and ERP systems like M3 or SAP is essential
