The Payroll Specialist (Global) is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for employees across multiple countries. This role involves working closely with international HR, Finance, and third-party vendors to ensure compliance with both local and global payroll regulations. The specialist will manage payroll data, statutory reporting, and provide support to employees and clients worldwide while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:
Process end-to-end payroll for employees in the Philippines and other assigned global regions.
Coordinate with HR and Finance teams across different countries to ensure payroll accuracy and compliance.

Manage payroll inputs such as timekeeping, allowances, deductions, bonuses, and adjustments.

Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory reporting in each country handled.

Liaise with third-party payroll providers for international locations, ensuring service quality and accuracy.

Prepare, review, and validate payroll reports before disbursement.

Support employees and global clients with payroll-related inquiries.

Reconcile payroll accounts and assist Finance with audits and reporting requirements.

Maintain accurate payroll documentation and ensure data privacy across all systems.

Recommend process improvements and automation for efficiency in global payroll operations.
