MISIÓN DEL PUESTO:

Brindar soporte técnico especializado a los dealers, clientes y al equipo interno en relación con el portafolio de productos (incluyendo ADS, URE, SED, rockdrills, entre otros). Es responsable de capacitar a los dealers en las especificaciones técnicas, validar precios, apoyar en la selección de productos adecuados y gestionar solicitudes de soluciones personalizadas, asegurando la competitividad y coherencia del portafolio.
