The role:

Ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality service operations across the region (Satpayev)
Manage execution of service contracts in line with SLA, KPI, and budget targets
Ensure compliance with HSE, quality, and corporate standards
Plan and optimize resources (people, equipment, spare parts)
Manage financial performance of the service business (OPEX, profitability)
Develop the team and build a sustainable organizational structure
Maintain effective communication with key customers and internal stakeholders
Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives

Competences&Skills:

Proven experience in managing regional service or operations teams within industrial or technical environments
Strong leadership, decision‑making, and stakeholder management skills
Solid understanding of service contracts, SLA management, and operational KPI control
Demonstrated experience in HSE, quality, and compliance management
Financial acumen with experience in budget control, OPEX management, and profitability improvement
Ability to drive change, continuous improvement, and operational excellence initiatives
Strong communication skills and experience working with customers, internal teams, and global stakeholders
Experience in people development, coaching, and building high‑performing teams

Strong leadership and end‑to‑end ownership of regional service operations, ensuring safety, performance, and sustainable business results.
