Stock keeper

The role: 

• Warehouse storekeeper performs the following duties, which are not limited to this list:
  Maintaining documentation and electronic records of warehouse operations.
  Receiving inventory into the warehouse ; organizing unloading from vehicles in compliance with occupational health and safety, industrial hygiene, and fire safety regulations, checking quantities and quality, placing goods in locations that make the most efficient use of warehouse space, facilitating and expediting the search for necessary goods, and storing goods in a manner that ensures their safety;
  Release of goods from the warehouse - picking, order or transfer formation, and loading onto the vehicle;
• Issue goods from the warehouse to the buyer's representative or other person specified in the power of attorney for receipt of goods only after receiving an email from a sales department employee indicating the ORD number and attaching delivery notes and powers of attorney for receipt of goods;
• Perform the appropriate paperwork (record received goods and dispatch shipped goods) in BPCS and keep records of received and shipped goods in your warehouse, both electronically and on paper, on a daily basis;
  Participate in conducting both scheduled and independent regular inventories in the warehouse, and prepare all necessary documents upon their completion;
• Perform all work related to warehouse operations, ensure cleanliness and order in the warehouse;
• Maintain confidentiality and non-disclosure of any information relating to the activities of Epiroc Central Asia LLP that becomes known to him in the course of his duties to third parties, except to his immediate supervisor;
• Discuss all issues related to the performance of their duties first and foremost with their immediate supervisor;
• Strictly follow the Warehouse and Document Flow Instructions, as well as the Warehouse Policy of Epiruk Central Asia LLP;Comply with production and labor discipline, internal labor regulations;
• Organize local shipments within Kazakhstan, both by region and by customer;
• Carry out specific work assignments from your immediate supervisor.

Competences, skills and experience:

• 2 years of experience in logistics
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Transportation, Logistics, or a related technical degree.

 Behaviors:

• Advanced PC user, advanced knowledge of BPCS, Microsoft Office, and Excel.
• Fluent in Kazakh and Russian, intermediate level of English.
• Experience in warehouse logistics, procurement, supply chains
• Experience participating in projects to improve work processes.
