Assistant Business Controller

We are looking for Assistant Business Controller for KRH 

work location : South korea, pangyo 

Task 

The task include monitoring in daily and month end closing accounting tasks as well as business support activities. 

A key in the position will be to support business controller in delivering accurate and timely month end financial reports to Group and achieve and deliver regular and ad hoc targets and projects in finance and controlling area.

Competences 

Solid experience from earlier accounting roles (at least 5 Years).
Experience from working with accounting at an international company is a big merit.
Knowledge in IFRS and K-GAAP reporting
Language skills: Native level in Korean, Business level English skills. 
For communication internally and towards group functions, good English skill both orally and in writing is essential for the position.
ERP system knowledge/experience is merit
Advanced level for excel.

This Assistant Business Controller role offers a strong opportunity to gain broad, hands-on exposure to end‑to‑end finance and controlling activities within a multinational business environment.

The position works closely with the Country Business Controller and supports multiple legal entities, providing direct involvement in financial reporting,

budgeting and forecasting, business analysis, internal controls, and audit processes. This structure allows candidates to develop a solid understanding of how financial decisions support business operations and management decision‑making.
