We are looking for hiring The Logistics & Order Management Specialist
responsible for end‑to‑end operational processes that ensure smooth order fulfillment,
accurate inventory levels, and reliable coordination with customers, vendors, and logistics partners. Key responsibilities include:
1. Order Management
Receive customer purchase orders and create sales orders in the system.
Coordinate shipment requests, manage back‑order schedules, and provide delivery updates to customers.
Issue transaction documents and monthly statements, process returns, price adjustments, and dealer incentive claims.
2. Purchase Order & Vendor Management
Review items requiring replenishment and place purchase orders with global and domestic vendors.
Track production and delivery schedules, expedite delayed shipments, and handle vendor communication and claims.
3. Inbound Logistics & Invoice Handling
Monitor inbound shipping schedules and coordinate with forwarders, customs brokers, and warehouses.
Process goods receipt in the system, maintain shipment documentation, and support finance with FCY payment tracking.
Report discrepancies and manage claims for quantity differences.
4. Inventory & Safety Stock Planning
Plan inventory needs based on sales performance and lead times, ensuring adequate safety stock levels.
Prevent shortages or overstock through forecasting, shipment planning, and cross‑branch coordination.
Manage excess stock disposal, returns to HQ, and credit note processing.
5. Master Data Management
Request creation and updates of customer, vendor, item, and cost master data with the Global Master Team.
6. Reporting & KPI Management
Prepare and distribute weekly sales reports.
Manage key SCX KPIs including Availability Level and Inventory Level through accurate forecasting and PO planning.
7. General Administrative Support
Process and reconcile miscellaneous expenses, invoices, and operational documentation.
8. Project Support
Support upcoming e‑commerce launch and manage related operational setup and ongoing follow‑ups.
