Job Purpose:
The Business Development Manager is responsible for leading the strategy for the development and management of the dealer network, ensuring business growth and profitability through the intermediary model between Evrypart and local and international dealers.
The BDM will be responsible for identifying, selecting, and retaining dealers; supervising their performance during pilot and permanent phases; ensuring KPI compliance; and facilitating business expansion across the APAC region.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Dealer Network Development & Business Growth:
    a.    Identify, onboard, and develop strategic dealer partners across APAC.
    b.    Present Evrypart's value proposition and lead commercial discussions to establish successful partnerships.
    c.    Execute dealer network expansion initiatives and identify new market opportunities.
  2. Market Intelligence & Business Development
    a.    Monitor market trends, customer requirements, pricing developments, and sourcing opportunities.
    b.    Identify growth opportunities, dealer portfolio gaps, and expansion strategies to increase revenue and market coverage.
  3. Dealer Onboarding, Training & Performance Management
    a.    Manage dealer onboarding and compliance with company policies.
    b.    Deliver business model, commercial, and sales process training, supported by Product Specialists for technical training.
    c.    Monitor pilot and established dealer performance through KPIs, sales analytics, regular reviews, and field visits.
    d.    Develop improvement plans to enhance dealer capability, performance, and customer satisfaction.
  4. Portfolio, Pricing & Sourcing Management
    a.    Manage and optimize the assigned dealer portfolio to achieve growth, profitability, and effective market coverage.
    b.    Support development and execution of competitive pricing strategies in collaboration with commercial and product teams.
    c.    Identify sourcing opportunities and work with dealers and internal stakeholders to improve product availability, competitiveness, and margins.
    d.    Analyze portfolio performance, product mix, pricing effectiveness, and profitability to drive sustainable growth.
  5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
    a.    Work closely with Operations, Logistics, Finance, Billing, Supply Chain, Product Management, and Commercial teams to ensure effective execution of the commercial cycle.
    b.    Resolve operational issues and drive continuous process improvements to enhance dealer experience and operational efficiency.
  6. Commercial Ownership & Reporting
    a.    Own the sales performance, profitability, and growth of the assigned dealer portfolio.
    b.    Track KPIs, financial performance, forecasts, risks, and opportunities.
    c.    Prepare and present regular management reports with actionable recommendations to support strategic decision-making.

Requirements : 

Qualifications & Experience:
•    Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
•    Minimum 8 years of experience in sales, business development, or commercial management in a B2B environment, with a proven record of success.
•    Familiarity with the mining and underground construction industries.
•    Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
