  1. Position Mission

 

  • To sale and service the Epiroc Core RDT and REX Tools, achieving the Company’s annual projection targets for sales, turnover , profitability and market share in the range of products under responsibility
  • Support the Business Manager RGD  with the development and implementation of territory management, marketing actions and tools, optimization of the organization, people management and training of employees and distributors

 

  1. Responsibilities and objectives

 

  • Achieve profitable growth targets with high focus on sales, growing market share including customer share and consolidated profitability.
  • Realize, directly or in cooperation with others the whole sales cycle necessary to obtain the orders/purchase contract (identify opportunity, present proposal, negotiate and close the deal);
  • Increase the market share in the assigned region;
  • Establish, develop and maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty through visits, telephone calls and correspondence including Key Customer Management.
  • Consult with Business Manager RGD proposal details as pricing, type of product, parts and service, warranty
  • Regularly weekly update data in internal database (visits, all correspondence such as emails, letters, faxes, proposals, orders, etc.)
  • Monitor the market and competition - gather, evaluate and analyze information about the market;
  • Share information about new potential business with management;
  • Participate in seminars, exhibitions and contribute to other marketing activities;
  • Report any information related to the competitor
  • Tracking RDT and REX equipment in operation (Epiroc and Competition)
  • Listing potential customers by product segment
  • Identifying areas for growth
  • Creating an action plan and reporting outcome  on a regular basis
  • Track the market shares (orders won- lost ) within the territory
  • Support the Epirocs vision “Epiroc aims to be and remain customer’s first choice” by nurturing a Customer-Value and a Customer-Care driven culture to put the Epiroc in a leading position.
  • Provide monthly report and regular monthly meeting with Busines Manager RGD and Sales and Marketing Manager for Bulgaria

 

  1. Experience requirements
  • Experience in a Sales company, in Sales and Technical related roles.
  • Experience in working within the construction and mining or related industries
  • Commercial and organizational experience

 

  1. Knowledge
  • Excellent command of local language and English is a must.
  • Good computer and presentation skills
  • Driving license

   

  1. Educational requirements
  • Preferably a degree/diploma in Mechanical Engineering or at least 2 year’s experience in a similar position or connected with similar products

 

  1. Personality requirements

  • Excellent communication skills on all levels
  • Strong customer focus, pro-active, result-oriented
  • Ready to travel nationally and internationally on a regular basis
