About the Role

We’re looking for a friendly and reliable Sales & Office Assistant to support our small but mighty team of 12 field professionals. This is a temporary role to cover maternity leave, expected to last around 2.5 years. You'll work closely with our team, providing vital support across multiple business functions—from sales to finance and general office management.

 

What You'll Be Doing

  • Prepare offers, tender documents, and respond to customer inquiries
  • Support sales processes including contracts, customer files, presentations, and reporting
  • Coordinate with Supply Chain and Customer Care to manage order processing
  • Assist Finance with invoice scanning, archiving, and workflow coordination
  • Help with customer reminders and support basic financial analysis under guidance
  • Maintain employee records, support absence tracking, and monthly reporting
  • Handle general office tasks such as travel bookings, meeting arrangements, and visitor coordination
  • Keep our internal systems up-to-date with policies and procedures
  • Manage SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environment & Quality) related activities
  • Oversee car fleet administration
  • Get involved in digitalization projects and business process improvements

What We’re Looking For

  • At least 3 years of experience in business support, HR admin, or accounting
  • Comfort working with systems—SAP experience is a plus
  • A structured, analytical mindset and willingness to learn
  • A positive, proactive attitude with strong organizational skills
  • A sense of responsibility and a solution-oriented approach
  • Basic understanding of labor law, commercial law, or finance is an advantage
  • Fluent in Bulgarian and confident in written and spoken English
