Service Technician: 

We are searching for a friendly and competent colleague to join our service team. 

What will be your job about?
•    You will spend most of the time in the field by our customers; travelling will be your daily bread.
•    We will teach you everything around drilling techniques and application, so that you are able to perform service independently soon.
•    After training from our colleagues, you will perform preventive inspections, inspections, commissioning, random interventions, repairs and other specific technical activities. 
•    You will specify the spare parts required for the repairs. 
•    You will learn to report correctly the work activities and handle warranty cases.
•    Provides services for customers and for the other departments of the company, by performing visits, presentations, by taking part to meetings, interventions or by providing information, documents, software, etc.
•    We will teach you, where to find the relevant technical information and we will enroll you into our worldwide certification training cycle. You will develop yourself and learn new technologies. You will develop the competence to train the customers and provide them consultations. 
•    You will participate in meetings with your team leader, training meetings, team buildings and to other activities organized by the company.
•    We will ensure you work in safe work environment and provide you with the protective equipment and training, which will help you to prevent accidents.  You will regularly get the safety rules training as per our customers’ rules and you will follow those rules.

  What should you know?
•    You are interested to learn new things, you are ready to start your technical career or successfully continue in it and use what you already learned, 
•    You are well skilled in the technics, and you understand how things work under surface
•    You are ready to travel majority of your working time and work in the field (mining, tunneling and surface projects)
•    You are positive and you are ready to give and accept feedback to further grow.
•    You have secondary electro or mechanical education.
•    Practice from the servicing heavy machines or cars is advantage (also as a free time activity)
•    Communicative knowledge of English both verbal and written (ability to understand and reply to the questions and read technical manuals).   
•    IT knowledge on user level with willingness to develop in this field.
•    Possibility to travel
•    Time flexibility

What else could be handy?
•    Practice or knowledge of hydraulics, electric or pneumatic parts.
•    Welder exams
