Mission

To support Epiroc Drilling Tools (Rex product line) company values thru ensuring the smooth, efficient and cost-effective operation of the Rex plant. Ensuring that the planned output is achieved and all customer requirements are met

Key Responsibilities

Time and Attendance.
Discipline and adherence to company rules and regulations.
Ensure that assembly operations are carried out as per company’s production manufacturing specifications.
Ensure that quality is not compromised.
Ensure that a production schedule is adhered to.
Ensure that the plant meets output requirements.
Inform Stores Controller on stock levels replenishment
Ensure that the 6 “s” rules are adhere to.
Will carry out any other function or duty as may be required in terms of “The Epiroc Way”

Experience requirements

A proven track record in an Exploration Mining environment is essential.
Extensive knowledge of ITH, Core Barrel accessories and knucklehead, link latch, overshot, water swivel assemblies

Knowledge / Educational requirements

Matric – Mathematics and English is essential
