Roles and Responsibilities
- Strategic Management.
- The design, development, implementation, updating and maintaining of best HR practices, including policies, procedures, job profiles and KPI’s
- Acting as advisor to management teams, give guidance on disciplinary process, performance management, grievances and general people practices.
- Responsible for measuring employee satisfaction and identify areas that require improvement.
- Workforce Planning and Employment (recruitment and selection).
- Human Resource Development (training & development).
- Total Rewards (compensation & benefits).
- Performance management and employee development.
- Legal Compliance.
- Overseeing Employment Equity and Skills Development
Experience requirements
- 2 to 3 years working experience in managerial role.
- Solid knowledge of all HR processes.
- Knowledge of HR Legal Matters.
- Management, Leadership, Negotiating and Decision making skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and targets.
Knowledge / Educational requirements
- Degree / Diploma in the field of Human Resources or equivalent
Personality, skills & other requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Innovative / pro-active Deadline driven.
- Good problem solving skills.
- Energetic self- starter and highly motivated.
- Ability to work without constant Supervisor
