We’re looking for a driven individual to lead our Pipe Plant operations. In this role, you’ll contribute to operational excellence by ensuring smooth, efficient, and cost-effective production. You’ll play a key role in meeting scheduled output and quality targets while upholding our company values and ensuring full compliance with QSHE (Quality, Safety, Health, and Environment) standards.

Your Mission

Enforcing time and attendance discipline and adherence to company rules
Ensuring compliance with QSHE policies and 6S standards
Developing training plans aligned with operational needs
Overseeing production to meet quality and manufacturing standards
Driving continuous improvement (Kaizen) and meeting production schedules
Managing timely ordering of consumables and daily operational feedback
Conducting HIRA, PTOs, and monthly QSHE shares
Performing additional duties as required by “The Way We Do Things

Your Profile:

5 years' experience in manufacturing environment (Machine and welding shop).
Good understanding of OHS and ISO.
CNC programming and setting knowledge.
ERP experience.
Good understanding of welding processes.
