The Opportunity
JTMEC is seeking an experienced and proactive Electrical Leading Hand to join our dynamic site-based team. This is a permanent full-time opportunity offering stable work, a supportive culture, and genuine career progression.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and schedule crew workloads to meet project requirements and deadlines
Ensure all works are completed safely, on time, and in accordance with the scope

Strong background in underground mining electrical maintenance

Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders

Mentor and train other electricians

Monitor progress against project schedules

Oversee quality of workmanship and ensure compliance with standards

What You’ll Need
Current SA Electrical Licence and Driver’s Licence

Proven leadership or leading hand experience

Be local to the Adelaide area

Strong planning and scheduling skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Strong commitment to a ZERO harm safety culture

Solid knowledge of electrical standards and regulations

Proven fault-finding skills and ability to read and interpret drawings

Reliable, self-motivated, and quality-focused
