Job Description / Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

Monitor and update Purchase Order (PO) records in the VHS system / Memantau dan memperbarui data Purchase Order (PO) pada sistem VHS.
Maintain and update bin location data to ensure accurate inventory tracking / Menjaga dan memperbarui data lokasi bin untuk memastikan akurasi stok.
Monitor and record all inbound and outbound parts movements / Memantau dan mencatat seluruh pergerakan barang masuk dan keluar.
Track and update parts issued through MRF (Material Request Form). / Memantau dan memperbarui barang yang keluar melalui MRF (Material Request Form).
Monitor direct shipment activities and ensure timely updates. / Memantau aktivitas pengiriman langsung dan memastikan update tepat waktu.
Maintain proper filing of all direct shipment documents. / Mengelola dan mengarsipkan dokumen pengiriman langsung dengan rapi.
Prepare and arrange shipping documents for customer deliveries and inter-company (Epiroc) transfers. / Menyiapkan dokumen pengiriman untuk customer dan pengiriman antar perusahaan (Epiroc).

Requirements / Kualifikasi :
Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; vocational/technical background is a plus. / Minimal lulusan SMA/SMK sederajat; latar belakang vokasi/teknis menjadi nilai tambah.
Experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or inventory control is preferred. / Memiliki pengalaman di bidang gudang, logistik, atau inventory menjadi nilai tambah.
Familiar with inventory systems and documentation processes. / Memahami sistem inventory dan proses administrasi dokumen.
Good attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. / Teliti dan memiliki tingkat akurasi tinggi dalam penginputan data.
Able to work independently and in a team. / Mampu bekerja secara mandiri maupun dalam tim.
Basic computer skills (Excel, inventory systems), familiar with iscala would be advantage. / Memiliki kemampuan dasar komputer (Excel, sistem inventory), terbiasa dengan iscala akan menjadi keuntungan.
Good communication skills. / Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik.
