ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Infrastructure and Projects Support Coordinator to join the JTMEC team, providing administrative coordination and operational support to our Infrastructure division.

This role plays a key part in supporting project delivery by coordinating administrative processes, ensuring compliance requirements are met, and providing guidance to site-based Administrators across multiple projects.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Provide guidance and support to Administrators across Infrastructure projects
  • Coordinate worker onboarding, ensuring all documentation and system requirements are completed prior to mobilisation
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, compliance records, and operational systems
  • Set up and manage worker profiles, ensuring licences, qualifications, and records are current
  • Liaise with Project Managers, Supervisors, HR, and HSE teams to ensure onboarding and compliance requirements are met
  • Track and maintain onboarding and site access documentation, including inductions and competencies
  • Support project teams with financial administration, including purchase orders, labour tracking, and invoices
  • Assist with project setup activities, including budgets and variations, in collaboration with Estimating and Operations
  • Liaise with Finance to ensure project financial processes are followed and documentation is complete
  • Contribute to a strong safety culture by complying with all health, safety, and environmental procedures and supporting continuous improvement initiatives

 

ABOUT YOU

 

To be successful in this role, you will have a varied skill set, including:

 

  • Previous experience in an administrative or project support role
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (experience with Microsoft Dynamics is advantageous)
  • Clear and professional communication skills
  • A collaborative approach with the ability to work independently
  • Current driver’s licence
  • Proactive mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement and safety
